The Pro Cut Advantage! brought to you by
T. J. Hutler, aka "Mr. Baitman” Pro Cut Baits and the Forked River Freezer Why do Pro-Cut Baits Work?
As far as scientists can tell, fish do not see colors –
but what they do see is contrasts, color shadings, reflected light, shapes and movements. For instance,
a light color against a dark background or a dark color against a light background will have a lot of contrast.
Thus, you would want to use a white (or yellow) Pro-Cut
Squid Strip against a mud bottom and a darker color Pro-Cut Squid Strip against a sandy bottom
Colors will also change in appearance as bait sinks deeper into the water. Orange appears
as black below 20 feet; yellow appears as white below 60 feet; but BLU remains fairly constant at these depths
and white remains the same. The other exception to the rule is fluorescent colors – they have little
change down to 60 feet. Darker colors will work well if the fish is attacking from below
and darker colors also show more contrast at night. An orange buck tail with a White Pro Cut Squid
Strip or a Red or Orange Pro-Cut Squid Strip on a white buck tail provides good contrast against either a light
or dark background. This is why PRO CUT SQUID STRIPS work so well! Our
bait is first hand cut into the proper shape; then the special PRO CUT processing begins. Next,
colors, scents and our special marinating formula are added to create PRO
CUT:
“THE BEST BAIT AVAILABLE ON THE PLANET!”
Pro Cut Squid Strips not
only attract fish like no other bait, but the Pro Cut scents also help to disguise our human scent, which is a real turn off
for fish. The rest is up to you. The fisherman adds the movement and Pro Cut does the
rest! And don’t forget: “The fish know the difference!” Pro
